Abu Dhabi: My New Destination

The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa

Maikwento ko lang, Yesterday June 10, 2012 around 9:30 am tinawagan poh ako ng  isang babae from Abu Dhabi na nagpapakilala na siya ay si Rhymy isang HR personnel ng The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa. And during that time bigla po akong nagising sa magandang balita na ipinaalam sa akin. Ang sabi nya una ay "Dave, We are happy to informed you that you have been accepted on your job application here in Abu Dhabi". Sa pagkagulat kong iyon napatayo ako sa higaan uminum ng tubig while on the phone. Yung feeling na ang hirap huminga dahil sa mixed-emotions.


Anyways, during the day yesterday was very stressful for me kasi napapaisip talaga ako if I would accept the offer. Kasi yung Basic ko was just a little higher than I have here at sa pool yung position ko and it will be extremely hot kaya dun (baka sing itim ko na si kamal after a month). Ang hirap kaya magpaputi! So during the day I really think hard, harder than loosing my virginity (hehehe), with the help of my family and friends na kinausap ko that I made a decision na TANGGAPIN KO ang offer nila sa akin. At sinimulan ko na ring magprocess sa mga papers ko for the Visa and Requirements ng Hotel for my new assignment, hanggang kanina I was doing it para ma completo ko lang yung mga hinihingi nila.


I have a very high hope that sana I would have a bigger and brighter opportunities for me there that can be helpful for me in the near future. I hope masaya din kayo sa akin.
